Log out

After you have successfully completed the Care program assigned to you by your healthcare provider, it is recommended that you log out to close your session and keep your data secure.

To log out:

1. Tap the My account option on the navigation bar at the bottom of the screen.
2. From the OTHER section, tap the Log out button.
3. Tap the Log out button again to confirm your selection.

This logs you out of the app.
