Log in

After you log in to the navify® My Care app, it creates a session for you that remains active for a certain period of time (24 hours, by default). This allows you to use the app without having to log in each time.

If you do not use the app for some time (more than 24 hours, by default) or if you choose the Log out option from the My account screen, the session expires and you have to log in again using your email and password.

We recommend using biometrics to log in to the app. This enhances your account's privacy and data security, and simplifies the log in process. To enable or disable biometric authentication, navigate to the My account screen using the Navigation bar, and select the Security option in the SETTINGS section.
